


Police in Louisville, Kentucky are reporting a mass shooting involving “multiple casualties,” Monday morning in a bank building in the downtown area.
Local news reporter from WDRB News, Dalton Godbey, shared video from the scene, describing it as chaotic.
A spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department said that there are at least five deceased, with six transported to University Hospital.
The spokesperson also indicated that there is not an ongoing threat and the LMPD Twitter account confirms the shooter has been neutralized.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear indicated he was heading to the scene.
LMPD indicated they would have more information available at 11:30 am Eastern.
