NextImg:Another Wisconsin Resister Warms Up for the FAFO Experience Over Judge Dugan's Arrest

The Democrat Party continues paving its road to self-destruction, with statements made and actions taken just in the past few weeks alone emblematic of just how far out they'll go to try and undermine Trump's presidency by running out the clock over the next four years.

First was the MS-13 Caucus, led by the margarita-sipping Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), utterly beclowning themselves with their high-profile visits to El Salvador to plead for the release of illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 member, domestic abuser, and human smuggler who was deported to his home country back in March.

And now there is their hysteria over the FBI's arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, who witnesses say helped illegal immigrant Eduardo Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer escape through a side door earlier this month to evade ICE agents who were waiting outside the courtroom to arrest him.

Democrats, of course, have banged the "no one is above the law" drum for years, with the caveat being that the person must have an "R" by their name for that rule to apply.

Judge Dugan, as we've reported, also seems to be an exception to that rule, as demonstrated not just by how Congressional Democrats reacted to her arrest but also in how rank and file Democrats are pledging to go forward: by suggesting Dugan's actions should be a model for how future Resist members should conduct themselves,

Exhibit A: Wisconsin Democrat state lawmaker Ryan Clancy, from a CNN interview on Erin Burnett's "Outfront" program Friday night:

CLANCY: I mean, the -- those agents should not have been in the courthouse to begin with to serve what was an administrative warrant. And I want to be really clear here. We're talking about an administrative warrant. We're talking about something that ICE puts together internally. It's like me walking around with a note in my pocket saying, Representative Clancy can do whatever he wants. I do have one of those, but it doesn't mean anything, right?

They did not present an actual warrant signed by an actual judge. So, Judge Dugan was in her right in doing what she did. She didn't obstruct justice. She obstructed fascism in this case.

BURNETT: Because -- because you're saying obstructing justice would be if this had been a court order signed by a judge, which it was not. So, you know, as you know.

CLANCY: Yeah. Right. Even in that case, it does not make sense. We should not have ICE agents in a protected space like a courtroom, any more than you'd want ICE agents going into an operating room or a classroom. Those have historically been protected spaces that are off-limits to ICE. And with good reason.
