Victor Avila, a former ICE-HIS agent announced on One America News that he’s running for Congress. He’s challenging Rep. Tony Gonzales who serves Texas’ 23rd Congressional District.&nbsp;Just recently, the Texas Republican Party censured Gonzales for breaking with the party on a number of votes, including border security and gun control. Avila joined One America’s Stella Escobedo for his announcement.
