Andy Cohen recreated a nude photo shoot from three decades ago – all to raise awareness for skin health.

“Thirty years ago, I posed for photographer @spencertunick (swipe for that image),” Cohen, 54, captioned an Instagram photo of himself posing in the buff on Wednesday, alongside the original nude.

“And I did it again…”

The “Watch What Happens Live” host shared that the NSFW photo was part of a campaign for Skin Cancer Awareness Month.

“I’m partnering with @eltamdskincare to remind you all to wear sunscreen and #GetNaked… for a skin check with your dermatologist,” he wrote.

Cohen shared that the dermatologist-recommended brand will donate a bottle of sunscreen to the Cure Melanoma Foundation for each tag in the comments section over the next 30 days.

The Bravo executive put his chiseled body on full display as he posed sans clothing atop a building and gazed dreamily into the New York City skyline.

Fans flooded the comments section of the post to praise Cohen’s bold Instagram.

“You look amazing!! And thanks for the reminder to get checked!” one fan commented.

“Honestly, you look even hotter now!” a netizen agreed.

On Tuesday, Cohen teased the skincare campaign by posting the sensual throwback photo to his Instagram Story.

“Should I re-create this 30 year old nude photo????” he asked in the caption of the photo along with a poll for fans to vote “yes” or “no.”

Cohen looked in tip-top shape with his bulging arm muscles on full display and his chiseled abs flexed for the camera.

He also rocked a long curly hairdo that went past his shoulders — a stark difference from the sleek short gray cut he has today.

“Feels like I still got it!” Cohen added in the caption.

Cohen also tagged sunscreen brand EltaMD Skin Care in the post, along with the hashtag #EltaMDPartner.

Cohen’s old thirst trap isn’t the first throwback photo of the star to take the internet by storm.

In 2019, Sarah Jessica Parker shared old photos of her close pal Cohen appearing in two episodes of “Sex and the City” during his younger years.

The screengrabs captured Cohen playing a shirtless club-goer in 2001’s Season 4 and another from 2003’s Season 6 where he played a Barneys employee that helped SJP’s character Carrie Bradshaw try on a shoe.

In both scenes, Cohen’s hair was dark and curly but much shorter than how he wore it in his nude.

“Oh young love. Early friendship,” Parker captioned the photos. “I couldn’t possibly have known what @bravoandy would come to mean nor how the love for him would grow.”

The “And Just Like That…” star, 58, added that the old photos were “a blissful walk down memory lane and a sweet thrill to recognize what the decades of friendship have rendered.”

Cohen later confirmed that he and Parker were already longtime friends when he acted alongside her in the HBO show.
