Free agent offensive tackle Yodny Cajuste is making the most of a trip to New Jersey.
Cajuste visited with the Jets on Monday before traveling about 30 miles to visit the Giants on Tuesday, according to NFL Network.
The 2019 third-round draft pick, who has played in 17 career games with five starts for the Patriots, was tendered a non-guaranteed $2.7 million contract as a restricted free agent earlier this offseason.
But Cajuste became expendable after the Patriots used three mid-round draft picks on offensive linemen last month and subsequently was waived last week.
Cajuste, 27, missed his first two seasons due to injuries and only has logged 333 career snaps across offense and special teams.
Offensive tackle remains the biggest question for the Jets, who pencil in starters Duane Brown and Mekhi Becton, neither of whom is natural to the right side.
Max Mitchell, post-draft veteran addition Billy Turner and fourth-round rookie Carter Warren are the top backups.
Left tackle Andrew Thomas, a Second-Team All-Pro, and right tackle Evan Neal are entrenched as the Giants starters.
Backup jobs are up for grabs between Tyre Phillips, Matt Peart, Korey Cunningham and Devery Hamilton.
