Check, please!

The top 25 new restaurants in the United States, according to Yelp, have just been revealed — and two are right here in New York City.

The public review site analyzed ratings and reviews from eateries that recently began serving guests to determine the best new buzzy places to book a reservation all across the country.

Anima by EDO in Las Vegas, Nevada took the top spot as the best new restaurant in the country.

The eatery off the Strip has earned 4.6 stars from 288 reviews raving about everything from the tapas to the cocktails.

The Spanish restaurant has received great reviews since opening and has only grown in popularity since chef-owner Oscar Amador was named a James Beard finalist this past summer.

The menu is filled with fresh-made seafood (Lobster Crostini) and pasta (Truffle Cavatelli) but don’t skip the tapas.

The Bravas Potatoes are made by stacking 20 layers of thinly sliced and individually baked and fried spuds and “take forever to make,” according to Amador, but are worth every crispy bite.

The menu boasting 250 labels of wine may grab diners’ attention, but the gin and tonics are the true specialty.

“Spain and gin and tonic go hand in hand. They drink it like water,” Amador’s business partner Joe Mikulich said. “We have a rotating gin selection and introduce customers to different styles.”

Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin, crafted with cucumber, lemon peel, olive, and elderflower tonic, and Monkey 47 Gin, with cardamom, rosemary, and lemon peel seem to be the fan favorite nightcap.

Skipping ahead, NYC made the list twice with Laser Wolf in Brooklyn (No. 9) and Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi in Manhattan (No. 25).

The Israeli offerings at Laser Wolf, named for the character of a butcher in “Fiddler on the Roof,” are as colorful and desirable as the rooftop panorama view of the Manhattan skyline.

Run by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Solomonov and his business partner Steve Cook whose CookNSolo empire boasts 12 places in the US including the original, widely praised Laser Wolf in Philadelphia.

The two teamed up with the slick, Chicago-based Boka Restaurant Group for this Brooklyn venture, which opened in May of 2022.

“We foster a communal dining experience, almost like a family barbecue,” Chef de Cuisine Mike Mayo explained. “You eat with your hands and all of the food is made to share, encouraging conversation and lively debates over salatim (traditional Israel appetizers).”

Solomonov’s famous, tahini-rich hummus is blended to the perfect silken consistency for pita-dipping along with 10 other salatim side dishes.

But try not to fill up before the mouthwatering charcoal-grilled meat skewers (Brisket Kebab) or veggies (Moroccan Carrots) arrive.

The menu isn’t cheap but the well-chosen wine list is relatively inexpensive with most bottles ringing up under $70.

Rounding out the list is Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi on the Upper West Side.

The eatery opened at Lincoln Center’s Geffen Hall advertising a menu of Afro-Caribbean-inspired dining with NYC influences.

Chef and partner Kwame Onwuachi previously launched popular restaurants in Washington, DC, starred on “Top Chef,” wrote several books and earned a James Beard Foundation award as “Rising Star Chef of the Year” in 2019.

A year ago The Post awarded Tatiana the honor of serving the Big Apple’s best pastrami claiming the spot is “where the Jewish-Romanian New York deli favorite met West Africa.”

“Served foot-long and on the bone, it’s a thick layer of flesh that’s been braised, slow-cured and aggressively spice-dusted ($70 and enough for two),” The Post reported.

While waiting for the mouthwatering dish, order the crispy Curried Goat Patties and the Egusi Dumplings with crab to taste what everyone’s praising.
