Our long national television nightmare is almost over. After nearly a two-year hiatus, Taylor Sheridan’s hit Western drama Yellowstone makes its triumphant return on Sunday, November 10, and we’ve got an intense Season 5, Part 2 trailer to help hold you over.

On October 22, Paramount Network dropped a compelling look at Season 5’s second half, which features a Kevin Costner voiceover and several John Dutton appearances — despite the fact that Costner confirmed he won’t be returning as Yellowstone‘s patriarch. Interesting

While details surrounding John Dutton’s fate and Season 5, Part 2’s storylines are still largely unknown, based on this trailer, we see Rip (Cole Hauser), Beth (Kelly Reilly), Kayce (Luke Grimes), Jamie (Wes Bentley), Monica (Kelsey Asbille), and more fan-favorite Yellowstone fixtures returning to fight for the Dutton family legacy and the beloved ranch.

The 1:24 trailer, located at the top of this article, shows a body being pushed off of a cliff, Sarah Atwood (Dawn Olivieri) advising “younger lion” Jamie, Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) and Kayce teaming up as “brothers” (with a blood oath and everything!), and Rip and Lloyd (Forrie J. Smith) preparing to fight.

Rip sets fire to a car! Beth (with drink in hand) tells him “I can’t do this anymore.” And he replies, “Well, you’re gonna have to, honey. Or we’re gonna lose this place.”

We’ve got Jamie saying, “You destroy me, you destroy yourself,” into his phone. We’ve got Kayce in a Prison Break-esque cap and hoodie disguise. And we’ve even got eyes on Carter (Finn Little) wielding a gun!

The Dutton kids are crying! There’s physical fighting! There’s verbal sparring! There are knives, guns, horses, fires, and more. After an agonizing wait, it seems Yellowstone is pulling out all the stops for Season 5, Part 2, and judging by Beth’s final words, we imagine there will be a decent amount of death, too.

“The only thing left to do is to kill as much as you can before they kill you,” Beth says before the trailer concludes.

The tagline for Yellowstone‘s “epic return” is “Generations of blood have led to this,” so brace for bloodshed, tears, surprises, sacrifices, and one heck of a Season 5 conclusion.

If you’re looking for a refresher on the entire series or Season 5 ahead of the big return, Paramount Network also shared a 34-minute video that recaps Seasons 1-5 and a 17-minute video recapping the latest Season 5 drama.

Until the premiere, saddle up, rewatch the trailer above, and get ready for one heck of a ride.

Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 premieres on Paramount Network on Sunday, November 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
