The Yankees made another trade on Monday in what is shaping up to be an active deadline — though this time they were dealing a veteran way.
The Yankees sent Carlos Carrasco to the Braves for a player to be named later, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed.
The Yankees designated Carrasco for assignment in early May and the 38-year-old had a 3.27 ERA in 11 appearances at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Carrasco, though, had a 5.91 ERA in eight Yankees appearances before they decided to demote him.
Carrasco previously pitched for the Guardians, where he was one of the top starters in baseball for years, and the Mets.

The Yankees acquired Ryan McMahon from the Rockies and Amed Rosario from the Nationals to bolster their lineup and defense.
