


Notes from Wednesday’s Yankees spring training in Dunedin, Fla:
Anthony Rizzo extended his Grapefruit League hitting streak to seven games with a three-hit effort in a 9-4 loss to the Red Sox.
He’s now 11-for-18 on the spring.
Ron Marinaccio allowed another run. He’s been scored upon in three of his last four outings and has given up seven runs in 6 ²/₃ innings this spring.
Gleyber Torres homered to dead center in the fifth inning. After another offseason of uncertainty, he’s 7-for-16 with pairs of doubles and homers in his last six games.
