The Below Deck Down Under bunk bed drama is still baffling this season’s yachties.

In case you missed it, sous chef Alesia Harris accidentally got into bosun Wihan Du Toit’s bed thinking he was deckhand Johnny Arvanitis after a night out with the crew in a recent episode. Instead of telling her she was in the wrong bed, Du Toit wrapped his arm around her and pulled her closer. She only realized she wasn’t in Arvanitis’ bunk when he walked in and angrily punched the wall.

Season 3 stars Brianna Duffield and Marina Marcondes appeared on Monday night’s (April 21) episode of Watch What Happens Live, where they weighed in on the shocking incident.

“I was told a completely different story from Wihan, so I was disappointed to watch it back,” Duffield said. “Wihan said he was asleep the whole time. He absolutely wasn’t. He did wake up. And I saw him put his arm around Alesia. And that’s when I said, ‘That is the absolute opposite of what I heard.’”

As for why they thought Du Toit didn’t push Harris away, Marcondes said, “I don’t think I can say that on TV. I think, honestly, he just wanted an extra cuddle, another girl on his checklist.”

Captain Jason Chambers ultimately fired both Du Toi and Arvanitis — and both Duffield and Marcondes agreed with his decision.

“As much as I love Johnny, I just think when you get to a point where it’s making you aggressive, it’s probably not the best place for you,” Duffield said. “So I respect his decision in getting rid of both Wihan and Johnny.”

Marcondes added, “There’s no place for violence on board.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
