Prime Video‘s hit superhero series Invincible has ended another impressive season, leaving us wondering when we’ll get to see more of our favorite young superhero.
Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman, the hit Prime Video show follows teenage superhero Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun) as he tries to forge his own honorable legacy as a hero after inheriting his father’s superpowers. Season 3 pushed Mark to the brink as he is forced to go even further than he thought to protect the people he loves from his enemies.
One such enemy is Conquest, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who joined the cast this season. Conquest is a Virtumite mercenary on a mission to destroy Mark; Walking Dead fans may remember the stars famously faced off against each other on the zombie series, so their bloody match in the Season 3 finale must have felt like poetic justice for some. But, Cecil’s controversial decision after their fight guarantees won’t be the last time we see Conquest. It also revealed that Angstrom Levy survived the Invincible Wars, which means he’ll almost certainly be back when the show returns.
Decider’s Joel Keller praised the new episodes in the Invincible Season 3 review, writing, “Invincible continues to tell very human stories about Mark and the superheroes of the GDA, highlighting the main storylines of the season while keeping other stories cooking with a very good cast of celebrity voices.”
The Season 3 finale, which aired March 13, also teased several big adventures for next season, leaving fans reeling and wondering when Season 4 will finally be available to stream.
Here’s everything we know so far about Invincible Season 4:

Good news, fans: The series has already been renewed!
Kirkman confirmed Season 4 is in the works and will roughly follow “the same timeline” as Season 3, which released less than a year after Season 2, per Variety. “The goal is to continue the cadence that we’ve had with Seasons 2 and 3. The plan is that you will see Season 4 in 2026,” he said.
Kirkman also teased some major spoilers for what’s to come in Season 4.
Kirkman confirmed Thragg will be making an appearance now that Conquest is in the picture. “it would certainly be weird if he didn’t show up in the show,” he said, later adding the role has already been filled by an “amazing” actor.
When asked about that post-credits scene in the Season 3 finale, Kirkman confirmed that he’ll be adapting a particular storyline from the comic books that he’s been looking forward to.
“There’s a storyline from the comic that I never got around to doing. Every superhero story has some chapter where they go to hell and they fight the devil. It happens in DC and Marvel comics. It’s a big deal. I never got around to doing anything like that in Invincible. I kept getting sidetracked,” he said, later adding, “So it’s entirely possible that we may be doing something like that in the show.”
He then teased that Bruce Campbell, who is simply credited as “Demon” on the show, “could be the devil.”
“Could be. We’ll just have to see. Maybe I shouldn’t have spoiled that,” he said.
Invincible Seasons 1-3 are streaming now on Prime Video.
