Great news, Walter boys fans! My Life with the Walter Boys received an early Season 3 renewal from Netflix back on August 6, 2005, several weeks before Season 2 premiered on August 28.
More great news! My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 production is already underway. In fact, it started before Season 2 even premiered. Along with the renewal announcement on August 6, Netflix shared a video of Rodriguez, Lalonde, and Gentry revealing that they were back in action for Season 3.
While there’s no official My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 premiere date yet, Netflix did confirm that the third season will premiere in 2026, which is excellent news, especially considering the nearly two-year gap between Season 1 (December 2023) and Season 2 (August 2025).

That said, the major finale takeaways heading into Season 3 are that Alex overheard Jackie and Cole confessing their love for one another, which means the love triangle drama once again needs to be resolved! Was there an accident in the field? Or a medical emergency of some sort?! It’s not immediately clear, so we’ll have to wait until Season 3 for answers that are sure to shake up the Walter family dynamic (and set back the show’s romantic relationships) even more. I can’t imagine My Life with the Walter Boys permanently losing its patriarch, so here’s hoping George and the Walter fam have another season of healing ahead.
When asked what he was most looking forward to exploring in My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3, LaLonde told Decider, “Barring that the ambulance is coming to get our father to solve the problem, I would say restoring dad’s health and whatever’s happening to him. Hopefully he’s OK and alive. And then if if that’s OK, figuring out pretty much the exact same thing that we were about to maybe figure out: where we all stand. It’s very confusing, and at times, frustrating.”
While we’ll have to wait and see what My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 has in store, and whether or not it ends in a way that could potentially tee up a Season 4, the Walter boys are down to keep the show going for quite a while.
“I’m here till the Walter grave, baby,” Ashby told Decider. “My Life with the Walter Men? Yeah. Let’s do it!” LaLonde added. So there you have it folks!
