Will Levis’ family shared an emotional celebration after the rookie quarterback shined in his debut with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday afternoon.
Levis, who threw four touchdown passes in his first NFL start, ran over to his parents and sisters for a sweet group hug following the Titans’ 28-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons at Nissan Stadium.
His sisters, Jill and Kelley Levis, wore matching Titans jerseys and were seen pointing to their brother’s No. 8 in a photo on Instagram.
Kelley reposted the photo — which was initially shared by Ellie Kaplan, who works in CAA’s football division — and wrote, “Let em talk.”
Levis, 24, signed with CAA in February.
One of Levis’ sisters appeared to be crying as they surrounded the Kentucky product, while fans nearby filmed the moment with their phones.
The Levis family made headlines when they supported the 6-foot-4 quarterback at the 2023 NFL Draft in April.
Levis slipped down the board to the surprise of many — after his to odds to be picked No. 1 rose days before the draft — and his family was captured on the broadcast sitting with him in the green room.
At the time, NFL fans were buzzing about Kelley, who was seen wearing a beautiful black dress.
Levis and his siblings, including his other sister Claire, appear to be very close.
Kelley shared a collage of photos that showed the sisters hugging Levis on the sidelines at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, where Kentucky defeated Iowa, 20-17, in January 2022.
The rookie took over for Ryan Tannehill, who suffered a right high ankle sprain in the Week 6 loss to the Ravens in London.
Levis completed 19 of 29 pass attempts for 238 yards and four touchdowns for a 130.5 passer rating.
He hit three of the 10 longest touchdowns by air distance this season, according to Next Gen Stats.
The 24-year-old showed confidence in the pocket against pressure and strong field vision.
“This is a dream come true for sure,” Levis said after the game. “I dreamed of this moment as a kid, and to get a win is incredible. But we have a few more minutes to celebrate it today, then we’re on to Pittsburgh, as Vrabel would say.”
Titans running back Derrick Henry said Levis “was ballin” in his first start.
“He was playing out of his mind,” Henry said. “It was exciting how it came together with him handling the offense and us being able to finish drives and makes some plays.”
Titans head coach Mike Vrabel was happy with Levis’ performance.
“Not a bad debut,” he said. “We hit some shots down the field. The opportunities to move the ball down the field were there, and we hit ’em.”
Levis will get his second start against the Steelers on “Thursday Night Football” in Pittsburgh, ESPN reported Monday.
“We got the win, that’s all that matters,” Levis said Sunday. “Got to get ready for this short week against Pittsburgh.”
