The holiday season is officially upon us — which means The View will not be airing new episodes for a couple of days. Luckily, we have you covered on everything you need to know about when the hit daytime talk show will return to ABC!

The last time we saw Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Joy Behar and Alyssa Farah Griffin was before Thanksgiving — on Wednesday (Nov. 22), to be exact. We hope the gang is eating well and soaking up all those Black Friday deals this weekend!

So, why exactly is The View off the air today? When will it be back with new episodes?

Like many of us back at home, The View is currently taking a short break for Thanksgiving weekend. But fear not — the ladies will be back at the Hot Topics table before you know it!

The View will start back up again on Monday, Nov. 27 with the panel’s interview with MCU heartthrob Chris Evans, followed by guest Mario Lopez on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

The View might not be airing new episodes for the rest of this week, but ABC will be playing reruns, meaning you can catch up on anything you might’ve missed!

Here’s the lineup of episodes that will air for the remainder of this week while the ladies are taking their break, courtesy of ABC. It should be noted that episodes are subject to change.

Friday, Nov. 24  — originally aired Oct. 25, 2023 — Morgan Freeman
