When The View kicked off this morning, there were only four ladies around the table.

While we saw Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Sunny Hostin, we didn’t have Joy Behar — who is always off on Mondays — but we were also notably missing Alyssa Farah Griffin.

The last time we reported on the co-host, who was last present on the show’s Friday broadcast, she was sparring with Hostin in a fiery political debate about why Americans granted Donald Trump a second presidential win.

Griffin said on the Nov. 7 show that she had talked to Trump voters who thought “life was better” under his first term, but when Hostin slammed “morally bankrupt” Republicans, Griffin said Democrats “missed the moment” by“looking at the micro and not the macro” with Vice President Kamala Harris.

She continued, “This is not about a micro-issue like Gaza. It’s people saying, ‘The costs of living are too high, wages are too low, my life was better under him.'” When Hostin suggested Americans voted for Trump because of “misogyny,” Griffin shot back, “No, it’s on the border! The border crisis is on their doorsteps. And they were begging people to care about it for years! We need to take some lessons.”

Without Griffin at the table today, there was no rematch between her and Hostin, but we’re sure she’ll be back soon. Here’s what we know about why she’s missing and when she’ll return to The View.

After wishing viewers a “very happy Veterans Day,” Goldberg explained why Griffin wasn’t at the Hot Topics table this morning. Unfortunately, she’s feeling under the weather.

“Alyssa is out sick,” Goldberg told viewers. Fingers crossed for her speedy recovery.

Thankfully, we can expect Griffin back on the show soon. Goldberg told viewers her co-host “will be back tomorrow if she is feeling better.”
