Gisele Bündchen declined this year’s Met Gala invitation to spend time with her family.
While stars flocked up the steps to the Metropolitan Museum of Art Monday night, Bündchen was reportedly home with her kids in Florida, an insider told People.
“She’s busy with her family down in Miami,” the source shared, noting that she “has a totally full life.”
The Brazilian-born beauty shares son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, with ex Tom Brady.
Bünchen — who “supercharged” her modeling career after her 2022 split from Brady — also has several projects in the works.
“She’s been working more than she has in 20 years this past year,” the source added. “She has so many projects; she’s been working all the time.”
Bündchen attended the gala last year in a vintage white gown with a feather cape, which she famously wore in an editorial with Karl Lagerfeld in 2007.
Prior to her divorce from Brady, the then-couple attended the annual fete together nearly every year since 2008.
Although we were told that Bündchen received an invite to this year’s gala, she seemingly had more important things on her mind.
The supermodel took advantage of the spotlight as fashion fans eagerly refreshed their feeds waiting for her look — which never came.
During the gala, Bündchen posted donation links to the Brazil Foundation’s Luz Alliance Fund, which raises money for people impacted by the floods in Rio Grande do Sol.
“She’s been working tirelessly this past week to help her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is suffering from the most devastating flood it’s ever had,” the insider added.

Bündchen also spent the last 24 hours grappling with her and Brady’s marriage being the butt of most jokes during the ex-quarterback’s Netflix roast Sunday.
A source told People the former Victoria’s Secret was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family” during the show.
“As always, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted.”
The insider explained that Bündchen spent the last week “tirelessly” working to help the victims of the flood and that having her ill-fated marriage mocked didn’t help her stress levels.
“She was concerned about family affected by the devastating floods, so to hear her life being joked about was very disappointing.”
During the special, several different comedians brought up the pair’s split and her romance with jiu-jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente, which she has vehemently denied began during her marriage.
