NextImg:Why fans won’t see Shannon Beador’s DUI, hit-and-run mugshot

Shannon Beador’s mugshot won’t be released following her arrest for DUI and hit-and-run.

Although the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star’s arrest record is public — and was obtained by Page Six — the Newport Beach Police Department won’t share her mugshot because the case is still a work in progress.

In response to Page Six’s public records request asking for the image, the NBPD records manger cited a government code stating the image was exempt because it would “endanger the successful completion of the investigation or a related investigation.”

Our requests for the 911 call and any dash-cam footage were also denied because law enforcement agencies are “not required to disclose” such information.

These are the same reasons why fellow “RHOC” star Gina Kirschenheiter’s mugshot for her 2019 DUI never became public.

The Real for Real founder was arrested late Saturday night after she drove her car into a residence and drove away before eventually pulling over in the middle of the street.

The arrest record stated that Beador, 59, was booked for two misdemeanors: hit-and-run and driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Bravolebrity was released from jail at early Sunday on her own recognizance and paid $2,500 bail after having left a written promise to appear in court.

“I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday,” Beador’s attorney, Mike Fell, said in a statement to us Monday. “She is extremely apologetic and remorseful.

“We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” he concluded.

Her friend Jeff Lewis, meanwhile, said on his podcast that Beador was “ashamed” of her actions and would be entering counseling.

“I don’t think Shannon is an alcoholic,” he clarified. “I think as her close friend, I think she’s going through a lot of personal struggles right now, and I think that she probably has been leaning on alcohol, but I don’t believe she’s an alcoholic.”

Photos obtained by Page Six exclusively showed the aftermath of Beador’s crash that left behind a trail of destruction.

Not only did her car leave marks on the edifice’s gray exterior, the vehicle also sustained damage and left some of its parts behind.

She also appeared to strike a shrub, as it became uprooted and leaned against a tree.
