We’re three weeks into The Bachelorette Season 21 and Jenn Tran and her 15 remaining men are living, laughing, and loving in Australia. They’re surrounded by delicious food, gorgeous scenery, and exciting wildlife — and perhaps no one is more excited about cute Australian animals than Spencer Conley, The Bachelorette‘s trusty pet portrait entrepreneur.
Though he didn’t get the first impression rose or the first one-on-one date of the season, with such a unique — quite frankly adorable — job, Spencer has stood out to Jenn (and members of Bachelor Nation) since Night 1. So could Week 3 finally be his time to shine? While we wait to see if Spencer and Jenn get some quality time together, let’s learn a bit more about the Season 21 contestant, shall we?
Who is Spencer Conley on The Bachelorette? And how long does he stick around this season? We’ve got answers. Here’s everything to know about Jenn Tran’s Season 21 suitor Spencer, including his Bachelorette bio, age, hometown, Instagram account, and more.
Per Spencer’s official Bachelorette bio, the 30-year-old pet portrait entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas “is a glass-half-full kind of guy.”
“He oozes positivity in everything he does, from spending time with his family to running his own businesses. The entrepreneur’s work is centered on pets and inspired by his adorable dog, Roux. When Spencer isn’t working, he loves running, playing Catan with his friends, and traveling,” the bio reads. “Spencer is used to being the wingman for his buddies, but he’s truly ready to find his person for life. This mama’s boy is ready to leave the nest and is looking for a family-oriented woman who is optimistic, loyal, and loves his dog. Life is never boring when Spencer is around, and he plans to make the most out of every second he has with Jenn.”

And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for…the fun facts!
If you’re looking to stay up-to-date with Spencer outside of the show, follow him on Instagram at @spencer.conley, where he had 9,988 followers ahead of Season 21, Episode 3. And for those looking to go beyond the bio, the contestant shared some additional personal info in a recent post.
Spencer explained, “I am blessed with the best mom, dad and three brothers that I could ever ask for” and said that his business, Print Our Pet, took off in 2019 and now has “an awesome team of more than 80 employees and we have sold over 30,000 gifts to pet parents all around the world.”
Spencer also shared that he”hit an all time low mentally but especially physically” in 2021, writing, “After lockdown I found myself weighing almost 300lbs and I was coming off of the hardest breakup of my life. I had slipped into a hole of really poor habits and, after having played division one college football, I had become someone I didn’t even recognize anymore. I knew that I could either let life keep me down or I could get back up and fight. I decided to get back up. I lost 70lbs, have run two ultramarathons and I have made fitness a part of my life every day. Most importantly, I feel better than I ever have physically but also mentally.”
During Night 1 of The Bachelorette, Jenn was charmed by Spencer’s “Golden Retriever Energy,” and on the group wildlife photoshoot in Episode 2, he showed Jenn he was thrilled to handle an owl in their photoshoot. As for how long he’ll be on the show…here’s what Reality Steve has to say.

Want to avoid major Bachelorette spoilers? This is your chance to stop reading. But if you’re curious to know how long Spencer Conley might stick around, we’ve got a Reality Steve rumor that offers some insight below.
Per a May 31 Instagram post, Reality Steve claims he knows Jenn Tran’s Top 2 contestants, and sadly for Spencer stans, he reportedly doesn’t make Jenn’s Top 2. As Reality Steve’s incorrect Daisy and Joey spoiler in The Bachelor‘s latest season reminded us, rumors are only rumors until proven otherwise. So you’ll have to keep watching to see when and why Spencer leaves the show.
