Sofia Richie tied the knot with Elliot Grainge in a star-studded ceremony in France on April 22.

The youngest daughter of Lionel Richie and the British music executive said “I do” at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibe in front of close family and friends, including Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton and Cameron Diaz.

Since Grainge and Sofia began dating in 2021, they have remained relatively private, but they have kept fans informed of the big milestones in their lives, including their April 2022 engagement.

Grainge is a record executive who was raised in the UK. As the son of Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge, he grew up as an insider in the music industry.

In 2009, Elliot relocated to the United States and attended Northeastern University in Boston, where he earned his Bachelor Of Arts/Science.

After graduation, he relocated to Los Angeles to be near his family and make a mark in the music industry — without his father’s help.

Elliot launched 10K Projects record label in 2017 by signing rappers Trippie Redd and Tekashi 6ix9ine.

According to Forbes, the label has had 18 gold and eight platinum/multi-platinum singles that have accumulated more than 22 billion streams.

In a 2019 interview with Variety, Elliot admitted that he was “obsessed” with Eminem and thought the “Stan” rapper was the “coolest thing in the world.”

“If you look at the streaming data and analytics over the past six years, you’ll see anyone under 28 around the world has been raised on hip-hop,” he said. “It’s a lifestyle, a culture, as rock once was for another generation.

“And I believe it was Eminem who took it to the next step in terms of global reach.”

Elliot and Sofia were friends long before they began dating in 2021.

Entertainment Tonight previously reported that the music guru and the fashion designer were “friends for years” and said that he is close with Sofia’s brother, Miles.

Elliot popped the question to Sofia at the Four Seasons Hualalai after one year of dating. For the special moment, the couple was surrounded by white flowers and candles that were provided by Uhi Uhi Flower House on Kona Island.

Sofia shared snaps from the engagement on social media, writing, “Forever isn’t long enough @elliot.”

Several stars sent the newly engaged couple well wishes, including Lori Harvey, who wrote, “Omgggg congratulations babe!!!! ????.”

Nicola Peltz added a series of red-heart emojis, while Simon Huck added, “What!!!!!! Wow!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
