The new manga series Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead follows 24-year-old Akira Tendo (Shuichiro Umeda), as he shows up everyday at a job that he despises, and gets heartbroken by his crush who doesn’t share his feelings. His boring, sad life turns upside down when he discovers a zombie apocalypse is upon him.
This startling news sparks some inspiration in Akira, specifically to make a bucket list of things he wants to experience before the zombies ultimately take over.
If you’re confused why I’m referring to an animated series and not the live-action film of the exact same name, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead (the movie) takes the manga series into the third dimension by filming the show’s story IRL. Both the manga series and the film are based on the graphic novel by Haro Aso & Kotaro Takata, which has eleven volumes.
Now, those of you with a zest for zombies may be wondering how and where to watch the new series and film. Where will Zom 100 be streaming? When are the dub release dates for Zom 100? Read on for more information.
