Live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Aljamain Sterling defends his UFC Bantamweight Championship against Henry Cejudo at UFC 288!

Entering the octagon at 22-3, Sterling has been on a roll as of late, winning his last eight bouts. The champ won the bantamweight title from Petr Yan at UFC 259 in March of 2021 and has successfully defended against Yan (UFC 273) and T.J. Dillashaw (UFC 280). Henry Cejudo (16-2), the former UFC Bantamweight Champion, has won his last six fights, with his most recent victory happening in May of 2020 against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249. Cejudo retired after that bout, but the prolific fighter is about to make his return to the ring. Will he be victorious? Time will tell.

From start time to live stream info, here’s how to watch UFC 288 live on ESPN+.

Today’s pay-per-view event starts this afternoon (May 6) with early preliminary bouts at 6:00 p.m. on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass. ESPN and ESPN Deportes will also air preliminary fights at 7:00 p.m. ET. The main card, which is available to purchase through ESPN+, is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. ET.

UFC 288 is exclusive to ESPN+, so if you’re looking to stream this event, non-ESPN+ subscribers will need to sign up for ESPN+ (monthly or annual) and then purchase UFC 288, as PPVs are only available to ESPN+ subscribers. If you’re already an ESPN+ subscriber, you can purchase UFC 288 for $79.99. ESPN also offers two bundle packages:

UFC 288 & The Disney Bundle Trio Basic: This package provides you with a $12.99/month subscription to ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu (ad-supported) and UFC 288 ($79.99) for $93.98 plus tax. You can also purchase an ad-free Hulu version of the bundle for $19.99/month.

UFC 288 & ESPN+ Bundle: If you’re a new subscriber, ESPN is offering a bundle that includes one UFC PPV and a one-year ESPN+ subscription for $124.98. You can also purchase ESPN+ for $9.99/month and then buy UFC 288 for $79.99.

ESPN+ offers the ability to stream live, rewind, or replay on up to three devices at once and is available to watch on a variety of connected devices, including Roku, Fire TV, Xbox, Apple, Google Chromecast, PlayStation, and more.

Along with Aljamain Sterling vs. Henry Cejudo, the main card includes the following bouts:

A full UFC fight card is available on the UFC website.

You can also stream UFC pay-per-view events live on Hulu. Subscribers with the ESPN+ add-on, as well as those who signed up for The Disney Bundle, can watch live events and ESPN+ programming on the Hulu app or website. You need an active subscription to both Hulu and ESPN+ (individual plans start at $9.99/each or you can purchase The Disney Bundle Trio) and then you can buy the event through ESPN+ and watch live on Hulu.

Once purchased, you can stream UFC 288 on the Hulu app, Hulu.com, or any supported device. Again, per Hulu, only subscribers who have signed up for the standalone ESPN+ add-on or who subscribe to The Disney Bundle will be able to access ESPN+ content in the Hulu app. Visit Hulu’s UFC page for additional information.
