If you’re looking to unwind after a challenging day, you can’t go wrong with New Girl. Originally airing from 2011-2018 on FOX, Liz Meriwether’s beloved sitcom about a bunch of goofballs in a loft is one of the funniest hangout comedies of all time.

Nick Miller? Iconic. Winston Bishop? One of the funniest TV characters in recent memory. Schmidt? A legend. If loving New Girl is wrong, we don’t want to be right. But, unfortunately, the beloved series is about to exit Netflix.

The writing was on the wall after Disney’s high-profile 2019 acquisition of FOX. New Girl is the latest in a bevy of former FOX shows to exit Netflix, with many of the programs ending up on Hulu and/or Disney+.
