NextImg:Where to watch Euro 2024 for free in USA: Live streaming, schedule, more

After a thrilling shootout final match between Italy and England in 2021 that ended in victory for Italy, the UEFA European Championship is about to have a new title holder.

Held every four years (though the 2020 event was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the UEFA European Championship is a continent-wide soccer championship tournament featuring the national teams from UEFA member countries.

We’re a few days into the group round and one of the major storylines of the tournament thus far has concerned Kylian Mbappé. The French captain broke his nose in his first match of the tournament, and though it’s likely he’ll miss France’s next match, he hasn’t been ruled out for the entire tournament. He’ll hopefully make his return to the pitch with a custom mask to protect his injury.

France and England are among the favorites to win the 2024 Euro, but anything is possible and the tournament is just getting started.

The tournament is particularly easy to watch this year with all matches being split between two channels. Live TV streaming services like Sling TV, fuboTV, and DIRECTV Stream are great options for streaming the 2024 Euro.

The 2024 Euro kicked off on June 14 and will run through the championship game on July 14.

The 2024 Euros will air primarily on FOX and Fox Sports 1 in the United States, so if you have traditional cable, all you’ll have to do is tune into those channels at match time. You’ll need a live TV streaming service to watch the tournament if you don’t have cable.

Perhaps the most cost-effective way to stream the 2024 Euros is without taking advantage of a free trial at all.

Sling TV’s Blue plan includes both FOX and Fox Sports 1, and right now, you can score your first month for 50% off. Instead of $45, you’ll pay $22.50 — and all you’ll need is one month to watch the entire tournament.

However, it’s worth noting that there are a few games you’ll miss, as they’re fuboTV exclusives. More on that below…

The only service that’ll let you watch the full tourney — every single game — is fuboTV. Five group-stage games are airing exclusively on the service’s Fubo Sports Network; three of those have already aired, but the upcoming Slovakia vs. Ukraine on June 21 and Georgia vs. Czechia on June 22 will only be available to watch on fuboTV.

fuboTV has a seven-day free trial for new subscribers; plans then start at $79.99/month.

Hulu + Live TV offers three days free to new users before $76.99/month payments begin, while DIRECTV Stream has a five-day free trial for all plans starting at $79.99/month. Both services include your local FOX affiliate and Fox Sports 1.

Germany is this year’s host country and within the country, there are ten host cities: Berlin, Munich, Dortmund, Stuttgart, Gelsenkirchen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Leipzig. The final on July 14 will be held at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.

There are currently 24 teams playing in the 2024 Euro.
