Love it Or List It is back with a whole new season and a whole new star: Page Turner.
The hit HGTV shows pits real estate agent David Visentin against Turner, who is a Toronto-based designer, to convince homeowners to either list their homes for sale and move into a new space found by Visentin, or stay in their homes after a major renovation overseen by Turner.
Turner is a new addition to the show as she replaced Love It Or List It‘s longtime designer Hilary Farr ahead of Season 20. But Turner and Visentin share a strong rivalry that makes for good television as they try to win over these homeowners in Season 20.
The new season premiered April 21st with a couple who are at a crossroads with their starter home. But it also gave an entertaining glimpse into Visentin and Turner’s newfound partnership. When Turner tells Visentin, “I love a challenge,” the seasoned real estate agent fired back, “Let’s see if you’ll still love it when they say ‘list it.'”
As fans tune in to these new episodes on HGTV, many are likely wondering where these beautiful homes are located. The show has moved around quite a bit since it premiered in 2008. So, where is the new season of Love It or List It filmed?
When it debuted on HGTV in 2008, Love It Or List It first filmed in Toronto, Ontario. The show later moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2014, per Country Living. But it appears the show later filmed Season 17 in Toronto in 2020, where it returned for the new Love it or List It episodes after a hiatus, per Entertainmentnow.com.
