This morning’s episode of The View was down a host for the second time this week, as Alyssa Farah Griffin was missing from behind the Hot Topics table.

The ladies of The View acknowledged Griffin’s absence from the table, but did not clarify exactly why she was missing.

When Whoopi Goldberg began the show, she told viewers, “Alyssa is out today,” but did not share any additional information about why Griffin was gone or when she would be back.

Farah is the second from behind the table to go MIA this week, as Sunny Hostin was out on Monday (July 29) while sick.

So, where is Griffin on The View? When will she be back? Here’s what we know.

Griffin confirmed via X this morning that she is missing from the show due to an illness, but told fans to count on her return for tomorrow (Aug. 1) and Friday (Aug. 2).

“Head’s up I’m under the weather so I won’t be on @theview today but back tomorrow & Friday!” the host wrote on her account and hour before the show aired.

The View’s official account reposted the tweet, commenting “Feel better, @Alyssafarah!????”

According to her post, Griffin said she should be back behind the table and good to go tomorrow morning.
