The massive complex features 15 acres of sound stages, where most of the indoor shots for the show, as well as the plane crash scene were filmed.
The show’s pilot episode, which featured a soccer game, was filmed on the field at John Marshall High School (located at 3939 Tracy St, Los Angeles, CA 90027) in the Loz Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Additionally, some of the early wilderness shots were filmed at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort in Mammoth Lakes, California.
There are several other filming locations in and around Vancouver. According to EW, Taissa’s home exterior was shot near Columbia Street in Downtown Vancouver.
