Who’s ready for fight night? Live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Mike Tyson and Jake Paul collide in one of the most hotly anticipated bouts in recent memory.
Mike Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs), 58, returns to the ring to take on YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul (10-1, 7 KOs) live on Netflix. As you might expect, there’s a ton of interest in this fight, with BetMGM noting that it expects Tyson vs. Paul to be the most bet-on boxing bout in the online sportsbook’s seven-year history, per ESPN. A lot of late money is coming in on Tyson, with Iron Mike’s odds shifting from +225 to +175 at ESPN BET. The fight, which will be contested over eight two-minute rounds, will be Tyson’s first professional bout in nearly 20 years.
“I’m not going to lose,” Tyson said Wednesday, November 13 at the final press conference before the bout. “I’m just ready to fight. I’ve said everything I had to say. There’s nothing else to say. I’m just looking forward to fighting.”
“[Tyson] says he’s going to kill me,” Paul said at the press conference. “I’m ready. I want that killer. I want the hardest match possible Friday night, and I want there to be no excuses from everyone at home when I knock him out.”
