The cozy embrace of autumn means cooler temperatures, the return of NFL football, and the end of the dreaded barrage of summer repeats. If you like to start your day with a jolt of optimism, you’re likely a fan of The Drew Barrymore Show. Unfortunately, your favorite morning talk show has been swept up by the scourge of reruns… but that’s about to change.

It was recently announced that The Drew Barrymore Show scored an early Season 6 renewal, which means the series will continue to run through at least 2026.

“Drew is a one-of-a-kind talent who is an integral part of the CBS and Paramount family,” Wendy McMahon, president and CEO of CBS News and Stations and CBS Media Ventures said in a statement. “This early renewal and upgrades are a testament to our commitment to The Drew Barrymore Show and its loyal audience, who tune in every day to see Drew’s warmth, inquisitiveness, and spontaneity.”

We know that Drew’s not going anywhere, but when will she be back with new episodes? Here’s everything you need to know.

Don’t worry! It’s just a little summer vacay. Your favorite morning talk show is on summer hiatus, hence the reruns.

Yes! As we mentioned above, Drew will not only be back for a fifth season, but the show also earned an early Season 6 renewal.

Soon! The fifth season of The Drew Barrymore Show officially premieres Monday, September 9, 2024.
