You don’t need to be a master of sleight of hand trickery to know that the number one movie on Netflix is the 2013 thriller Now You See Me.
The immensely popular heist film starring Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Michael Caine, Lizzy Caplan, and Morgan Freeman is getting the rewatch treatment from millions of fans after being added to the streamer on June 1. Not only that, the sequel, Now You See Me 2, has also cracked Netflix’s Top 10.
The renewed interest in the beloved franchise has cord-cutters wondering about the future of the Now You See Me-verse. A third film, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, is set to premiere in theaters later this year.
When is the Now You See Me 3 theatrical release date? Where will Now You See Me: Now You Don’t be streaming? Here’s everything you need to know.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t premieres at a theater near you on November 14, 2025.
The film features the return of Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman, and also includes Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt, and Rosamund Pike.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t could eventually find its way to Netflix, but it won’t be the film’s first stop. The movie is distributed by Lionsgate, which has a multi-year agreement with Amazon for theatrical releases to be available for U.S. customers to stream on Prime Video.
Now You See Me 3 will most likely debut on Starz after its theatrical run, before making its way to Prime Video.
Per Deadline, one of the key shooting locations for the third film is the Emirati capital of Abu Dhabi.
Both Now You See Me and Now You See Me 2 are currently available on Netflix. You can purchase a subscription to the streamer for as little as $7.99/month. Ad-free monthly options are also available for $17.99 (the Standard plan) or $24.99 (the Premium option).
