Severance is back, baby! And though we’re only one episode into Season 2, we can barely remember life without it.
After an agonizing three-year wait for new episodes, Apple TV+‘s hit workplace thriller returned with an eventful all-innie episode that brought Mark (Adam Scott), Helly (Britt Lower), Dylan (Zach Cherry), and Irving (John Turturro) back together on Lumon’s Severed Floor post-Overtime Contingency.
Season 2, Episode 1, “Hello, Ms. Cobel,” introduced intriguing new characters like Miss Huang (Sarah Bock), kickstarted the search for Ms. Casey (Dichen Lachman) and the haunting black hallway from Outie Irving’s paintings, and left fans with several burning questions that Season 2, Episode 2, “Goodbye, Mrs. Selvig,” will hopefully bring us closer to answering.
The second episode of Severance Season 2 has a 46-minute runtime and the following extremely vague synopsis: “Mark contemplates the meaning of a message.” That said, it’s sure to be another can’t miss installment in an overwhelmingly excellent season, so you’ll want to tune in.

Severance Season 2 premiered on Apple TV+ with one episode on Friday, January 17, and the season will continue with a weekly release schedule until the March 21 finale.
Per Apple TV+, Severance Season 2, Episode 2, is set to premiere Friday, January 24. However, fans of the streaming service know that new Apple TV+ episodes typically drop the night before the designated premiere date. So if you’re eager to watch Severance Season 2, Episode 2 ASAP, keep an eye out on Thursday, January 23.
If the early January 16 premiere drop was any indication, Severance Season 2, Episode 2 should be available to stream on Apple TV+ starting on Thursday, January 23 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
While Season 1 of Severance consisted of nine episodes, fans of the Apple TV+ series will be thrilled to learn that Season 2 is working overtime with 10 episodes.
