The NFL regular season officially begins on September 7 when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night Football. Pigskin fans are not only looking forward to watching a little preseason football, but they also have a slew of enthralling documentaries to stream, including Netflix’s new series Quarterback, Untold: Johnny Football (Netflix), and a new season of HBO’s critically acclaimed Hard Knocks.
This year’s edition of the long-running docuseries will follow training camp with the New York Jets as head coach Robert Saleh tries to improve upon last year’s 7-10 record. The high-profile acquisition of future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers and the return of young running back Breece Hall are just two of the many reasons New York fans are optimistic about this year’s squad.
