It’s a win-or-go-home battle between two historic college football programs when the Nittany Lions and Fighting Irish square off for a chance to compete in the National Championship Game. James Franklin and company defeated SMU and Boise St. to advance to the semifinals, while Notre Dame was able to vanquish Indiana and Georgia from the tournament.

The winner of tonight’s game will take on the victor of Friday’s Cotton Bowl matchup between Texas and Ohio State, with the National Championship Game scheduled for Monday, January 20.
