NextImg:What Time Is ‘The Golden Bachelor’ On Tonight? How To Watch Live On ABC And Hulu

Grab your grandkids and bust open a fresh pack of Werther’s Original hard candies. Golden hour is nearly upon us.

That’s right, Bachelor Nation. The day we’ve anticipated for literal years has almost arrived. The Golden Bachelor, the wholesome Bachelor spinoff that follows 72-year-old Gerry Turner‘s search for late-in-life love, is premiering on ABC. And you’re not going to want to miss a moment of the groundbreaking, romantic reality series.

Curious about The Golden Bachelor premiere date? Wondering what day and time you can watch Turner’s one-of-a-kind journey? Need to know how to watch The Golden Bachelor live on ABC or on Hulu? Or want to familiarize yourself with the 22 women hoping to become Mrs. Golden Bachelor?

Here’s everything to know about The Golden Bachelor ahead of its highly-anticipated premiere.

Wondering when you can watch Gerry Turner roll up to the Bachelor Mansion? The Golden Bachelor premieres Thursday, September 28 on ABC right before Bachelor in Paradise Season 9.

If you’re a longtime member of Bachelor Nation and a Thursday premiere feels incredibly unnatural to you, join the club! “Bachelor Mondays” are a thing of the past this fall. While fans of the franchise are used to Monday and Tuesday viewings, new episodes of The Golden Bachelor come out on Thursdays until further notice.

We’re not just adjusting to a new day of the week, either. The Golden Bachelor episodes will air in a slightly different time slot, too. Typically, shows in the franchise air two-hour episodes, but The Golden Bachelor‘s premiere is only one hour long, running from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC.

Until further notice, The Golden Bachelor will be airing new episodes on ABC Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. ahead of a two-hour episode of Bachelor in Paradise. That means if you tune in for both spin-offs, you’ll get THREE hours of Bachelor Nation TV per week. Keep the roses and rosé coming!

Want to watch the Bachelor franchise’s Thursday night lineup live? If you have a cable subscription that includes ABC, you can watch The Golden Bachelor live by setting your TV to the proper channel a few minutes before new episodes air. You can also use your cable username and password to watch live ABC episodes live on ABC.com or with the ABC app. And if your cable package includes a DVR, you can always record live episodes for later viewing.

Don’t have cable? Don’t worry! There are other live viewing options, like live TV skinny bundles, which give you access to networks without cable. YouTube TVHulu + Live TV, and fuboTV, all come with ABC. But if you don’t have cable or a live TV skinny bundle, you can stream episodes the following day on Hulu.

Like other shows in the franchise, episodes of The Golden Bachelor will be available for next-day streaming on Hulu. If an episode airs on ABC on Thursday, it will be available for next-day streaming on Friday.

You’ll need to be a Hulu subscriber in order to watch The Golden Bachelor the day after episodes air on ABC. The good news is you’ll have access to the episode with any version of the streaming service. Hulu’s least expensive ad-supported plan costs $7.99 a month (or $79.99 a year), while its ad-free option is $14.99 a month. If you choose to add Live TV to your plan you can select an ad-supported Hulu + Live TV now with Disney+ and ESPN+ bundle for $69.99 a month or go ad-free for $82.99 a month. Just be warned, come October 12, 2023, the pricing for some Hulu plans will increase.
