After a romantic week in Scotland, The Bachelor Season 29 lead Grant Ellis and his four remaining women are heading back to the U.S. for their most crucial week yet. That’s right, Bachelor Nation. Hometown Dates are here!

For those who need a refresher, Grant will be meeting the friends, family, and loved ones of  Juliana Pasquarosa, Zoe McGrady, Litia Garr, and Dina Lupancu. He’ll also be reuniting with a special guest and beloved Bachelor alum who knows exactly what he’s going through.

Per ABC’s official synopsis, “It’s hometowns’ week and Grant embarks on a cross-country journey to find love, visiting his final four women in Newtown, Massachusetts; Star Valley, Wyoming; Chicago and New York City. With a potential engagement looming, meeting the women’s friends and families becomes more important than ever, sparking vital conversations about what the future holds. As the week wraps up, former Bachelor Joey Graziadei stops by to offer Grant some guidance as he nears the final steps of his journey.”

The Bachelor will air in its regular time slot from 8:00 to 10:01 p.m. EST on ABC.

If you have a cable subscription that includes ABC, you can watch new episodes o The Bachelor Season 29 live by setting your TV to the proper channel at 8:00 p.m. ET. You can also use your cable username and password to watch live ABC episodes live on ABC.com or with the ABC app. And if your cable package includes a DVR, you can always record live episodes for later viewing.
