Are you ready for some Big Deck Energy? If so, you’re in luck!
It’s Ryan Murphy Thursday on ABC, because after 9-1-1‘s highly-anticipated Season 8 premiere, Murphy’s new procedural Doctor Odyssey sets sail for its debut season, starring Joshua Jackson, Phillipa Soo, Sean Teale, and Don Johnson on board.
Per ABC’s official Doctor Odyssey synopsis, “Max (Jackson) is the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the staff works hard and plays harder. It’s all-hands-on-deck as Max and his small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore.”
In addition to starring in the series, Jackson and Johnson also serve as executive producers. And if you’re still on the fence about tuning in, just know that Doctor Odyssey’s trailer set a new record, amassing over 77.8 million views in 48 hours, so, uh, yeah — it’s kind of a big deal!
