Bachelor in Paradise is almost back, and ahead of its highly-anticipated Season 9 premiere, the returning series is already introducing some serious twists.
Like Paradise seasons past, we’re heading back to the beach with a group of Bachelor Nation alum, host Jesse Palmer, and fan-favorite bartender Wells Adams. But this season we’ll be tuning in on a new day, at a new time.
Bachelor in Paradise 2023 premieres after the exciting, long-overdue new Bachelor spin-off, The Golden Bachelor. So between the new series and WGA and SAG-AFTRA strike delays, major broadcast networks like ABC had to shuffle around their fall schedules.
Wondering what day and time Bachelor in Paradise premieres on ABC? When do new episodes air on ABC and Hulu? How to watch live and online? And who’s in the BIP Season 9 cast? We’ve got you covered.
Wondering when you can catch the Season 9 premiere of Bachelor in Paradise live on ABC? The first episode airs on ABC on Thursday, September 28 right after The Golden Bachelor.
If you’re a longtime member of Bachelor Nation and a Thursday premiere feels incredibly unnatural to you, join the club! “Bachelor Mondays” are a thing of the past this fall. While Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise may have aired on Mondays and Tuesdays last year, Season 9 episodes are coming out on Thursdays until further notice.
We’re not just adjusting to a new day of the week, episodes of Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 will air in a new time slot, too. Say goodbye to the usual 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET slot. The BIP Season 9 premiere is airing from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET.

Until further notice, BIP Season 9 is airing new episodes on ABC Thursdays after The Golden Bachelor from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET. If you tune in for both spin-offs, that means you’ll get THREE hours of Bachelor Nation TV per week. Keep the rosé coming!
Want to watch the Bachelor franchise’s Thursday night lineup live? If you have a cable subscription that includes ABC, you can watch Bachelor in Paradise live by setting your TV to the proper channel a few minutes before new episodes air. You can also use your cable username and password to watch live ABC episodes live on ABC.com or with the ABC app. And if your cable package includes a DVR, you can always record live episodes for later viewing.
Don’t have cable? Don’t worry! There are other live viewing options, like live TV skinny bundles, which give you access to networks without cable. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and fuboTV, all come with ABC. But if you don’t have cable or a live TV skinny bundle, you can stream episodes the following day on Hulu.
Like other shows in the franchise, episodes of Bachelor in Paradise will be available for next-day streaming on Hulu. If an episode airs on ABC on Thursday, it will be available for next-day streaming on Friday.
You’ll need to be a Hulu subscriber in order to watch Bachelor in Paradise the day after episodes air on ABC. The good news is you’ll have access to the episode with any version of the streaming service. Hulu’s least expensive ad-supported plan costs $7.99 a month (or $79.99 a year), while its ad-free option is $14.99 a month. If you choose to add Live TV to your plan you can select an ad-supported Hulu + Live TV now with Disney+ and ESPN+ bundle for $69.99 a month or go ad-free for $82.99 a month. Just be warned, come October 12, 2023, the pricing for some Hulu plans will increase.
