Brace yourselves, Marvel fans, because Loki is back for more. It’s appropriate that the god of mischief’s show is as mind-boggling and deceptive as Loki (Tom Hiddleston) himself — and that’s what made Loki such an engrossing watch when it debuted back in 2021. Who else could spearhead a TV series about the pruning of universes and the birth of a Marvel cinematic multiverse? Sounds like a bizarre job, and someone’s gotta do it.
Now Loki is back for Season 2 of his own show, and things have only gotten stranger. His old pal Mobius (Owen Wilson) doesn’t remember Season 1. The reality of the TVA has been rewritten. Sylvie Loki (Sophia Di Martino) was last seen at the end of all that is, having murdered He Who Remains. Now Loki has to deal with the fallout of that catastrophe, and that’s where Season 2 starts.
