The Jets’ kicking situation was terrible last season.

Greg Zuerlein suddenly <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/10/29/sports/jets-host-six-man-kicking-competition-with-greg-zuerlein-at-risk/">lost his ability to make field goals</a> and the Jets had five different kickers in games.

Zuerlein and Anders Carlson remain on the roster but it would not be a shock if Darren Mougey used a late-round pick on a kicker if there is one new special teams coordinator Chris Banjo has his eye on.&nbsp;
