But, first, let’s take a look back at this Jets summer and hand out some awards for Aaron Glenn’s first training camp.

Most valuable player: Wide receiver Garrett Wilson looked like a man with a purpose during camp. After securing the four-year, $130 million contract extension he sought in July, Wilson has looked worth it during camp.

Wilson dominated practices and the offense to the point where you had to wonder what the Jets do if a defense takes Wilson away. There were days when pass after pass went Wilson’s way. He has reconnected with college teammate Justin Fields and the two have shown chemistry … in practice. The only odd thing has been the two failed to connect in the two preseason games they played.
