


Get excited because the Billboard Music Awards are back! But this year’s show won’t be airing on NBC.
The annual celebration of melodic excellence will deliver a “reimagined award show concept” as the 2023 BBMAs will roll out across various Billboard social channels (more on that below). There’s no host for this year’s event, but there will be plenty of exciting musical acts as Mariah Carey, Tate McRae, David Guetta and Bebe Rexha, KAROL G, NewJeans, Peso Pluma, Stray Kids, and Morgan Wallen will perform at the BBMAs.
Taylor Swift leads the way this year as the prolific megastar is a finalist in 20 categories. Swift, the number one female recipient of all time with 29 wins, will have the opportunity to surpass Drake (34 wins) to become the top overall leader.
