There’s electric video of Andrew McCutchen’s return to PNC Park making the rounds on social media.
The Pirates legend received a minute-long standing ovation from the hometown fans before taking his first cuts at the plate.
And if you missed that, you’re in luck — there’s plenty of exciting Pirates baseball left to witness this season.
Derek Shelton’s squad is filled with a mix of wily veterans along with McCutchen like Rich Hill, Carlos Santana, Bryan Reynolds and Ji-Man Choi as well as red-hot up and comers like Oneil Cruz, Ji Hwan Bae and Ke’Bryan Hayes.
Best of all though, if you want to root for the club live, you can for cheap these next few months.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we found on tickets was $10 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Now that’s a steal for an afternoon at the ballpark — in fact, it’s less than a ticket to the movies.
Plus, if you make it out to PNC Park on the right day, the team is giving away freebies like T-Shirts, hoodies, bucket hats, Roberto Clemente jerseys and Oneil Cruz bobbleheads.
