Mexican Independence Day weekend just expanded.

Due to overwhelming demand — or “palta alta demanda” — Carín León has added three shows to his 2026 Las Vegas Sphere residency celebrating Mexican Independence Day, where he will become the first Latinx performer to headline at the immersive event space.

“This is all crazy,” the Hermosillo native shared en Español via Instagram. “Thanks to you, guys, we’re opening three more dates at Sphere. You have no idea how excited we are about what’s happening!”

His six Sin City shows are set to take place:

Friday, Sept. 4

Saturday, Sept. 5

Sunday, Sept. 6

Friday, Sept. 11

Saturday, Sept. 12

Sunday, Sept. 13

If you’d like to see León live, tickets are available for his sextet of Sphere gigs.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one show was $186 including fees on Vivid Seats.

Other concerts have seats starting anywhere from $191 to $234 including fees.

“What I want is for everyone to get into my brain,” the 36-year-old noted in an announcement at Wynn Las Vegas. “I want you to see what I think, go on a tour through Hermosillo, a tour of all of the musical contrasts I’ve had, of the smells and many climates, and through everything that reminds me of my Hermosillo — what it is to navigate a bit of who is Óscar, who is Carín.”

Prior to these ambitious performances, the “QUE VUELVAS” cantante toured the U.S. in 2024 and received rave reviews.

“León’s sound is an effortless mix of traditional Mexican music, from mariachi to norteño, with elements of gospel, country, rock and classic soul,” The Arizona Republic wrote about his show at Phoenix’s Footprint Center (now PHX Arena). “He’s all over the map but with a clarity of vision that holds it all together.”
