NextImg:Video shows man in a dress swinging a hammer used to attack two people in Seattle: cops

Disturbing footage shows a man in a dress swinging a hammer while strolling through Seattle in a rampage in which he allegedly bashed two middle-aged strangers, according to cops.

Seattle police released the surveillance footage Tuesday while still hunting the hammer fiend over the “unprovoked” attack Thursday on a 60-year-old man and 63-year-old woman outside the Beacon Hill Link light rail station.

It shows the suspect wearing what appears to be a long black dress — pulled away to show his chest — under a dark jacket along with sandals and a winter fur hat.

As he walks, he stops to pull out a pink-handled hammer from his bag — brazenly holding it up as he walks through the Emerald City.

One clip taken on a light rail train shows the suspect — thought to be about 6-foot tall and in his 30s — talking and using the hammer to point in different directions.

Seattle police are searching for a man accused of attacking two people with a hammer last week.

Cops were called to the Beacon Hill Link light rail station Thursday just before 4 p.m. to reports of an “unprovoked” attack, police said.

The victims were treated for head injuries at the scene and then taken to a local hospital. It was not immediately clear if the two victims were together or two separate incidents.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call their Homicide Tip Line.

The attacker fled on a northbound train.
