A victims’ rights advocate due to testify before a lawmakers investigating Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s policies says the soft-on-crime prosecutor should focus more on fighting for crime victims — not wasting his time prosecuting Donald Trump.

“What’s happening under Alvin Bragg’s tenure as the Manhattan DA is completely atrocious and reprehensible,” Jennifer Harrison, founder of Victims Rights NY, told The Post on Wednesday.

“Victims are being told that they don’t have the resources to prosecute crimes and then we’re watching him spend $200 million to indict a former president on charges that even Democrats are calling questionable.”

Harrison is slated to testify a House Judiciary Committee hearing in Manhattan on April 17 convened by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) to investigate Bragg’s prosecutorial lapses.

Jordan called for the hearings amid Bragg’s controversial indictment of Trump, 76, on alleged hush money payments to reputed former paramours.

Harrison, whose website maintains a “Fire Alvin Bragg” petition, began advocating for crime victims after her boyfriend, Kevin Davis, was stabbed to death outside a New Jersey nightclub in 2005 — with the killers later treated with kid gloves by Garden State prosecutors.

She says soft-on-crime DAs have wreaked havoc across the US — starting with Bragg.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who has gained a reputation as a soft-on-crime prosecutor, obtained an indictment against former President Donald Trump, which prompted a House committee hearing probing his performance.

“It’s a complete slap in the face when a rape victim is told there are no resources to prosecute her rapist or a mother is told that there are no resources to prosecute her child’s killer,” she said. “So, they’re getting out on a sweetheart deal.”

“To be honest with you I hope to shed light on what’s happening here in hopes that it will change things that are happening in other places as well,” Harrison added.

Trump is charged with falsifying records by allegedly paying hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, who threatened to go public with claims of trysts with Trump on the eve of the 2016 presidential election.

Bragg is now suing Jordan and the House committee.

Harrison, however, says he may be missing the point.

“You know, this really shouldn’t be about politics,” she said. “This should be about the victims.”

She added, “We don’t need public defenders as prosecutors. We need prosecutors as prosecutors.”
