The Rangers have been actively retooling early in NHL free agency.

After agreeing to a one-year deal with Stanley Cup-winning goalie Jonathan Quick to be their backup, the Blueshirts added two veterans to the lineup.

The Rangers announced they signed winger Blake Wheeler.

It’s a one-year, $800,000 contract with a max bounce of $300K, per The Post’s Mollie Walker.
