Kristen Doute officially returned to the Bravoverse when she stopped by Wednesday night’s (May 3) episode of Watch What Happens Live — and fans were quick to notice her change in appearance since we last saw her on our TV screens three years ago.

The Vanderpump Rules OG — who was fired from the show in 2020 for making racially insensitive remarks — donned an orange low-cut pantsuit and sported a much longer hairstyle than we are used to seeing from her.

While she didn’t waste any time during her interview with Andy Cohen — slamming everyone from her former Sur boss Lisa Vanderpump to her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval — fans couldn’t help but comment on the reality star’s new look.

“It took me 5 min to finally figure out it was really her,” one wrote. “She looked so different to me.”

Another implied Doute had gone under the knife, adding, “So sad these girls think they need plastic surgery at such a young age.”

“What happened to Kristen’s face??????” a third person asked, while someone else joked, “Thought that was Farrah Abraham for a second,” referring to the Teen Mom star.

“I didn’t recognize her during the preview and I was like WHY IS SHE NOT ON TONIGHT until I realized it was her,” another admitted.

However, for as many fans who trolled Doute’s look, just as many were totally living for it. One wrote, “She’s had some work done, but looks better than ever.”

Another added, “I think Kristen looks fabulous way better than she ever looked on VPR! … Now she looks healthy!”

“It was so fun seeing you on wwhl Kristen,” someone else gushed. “You are really missed! And you’ve never looked more beautiful! You’re clearly doing something right!”

It’s not the first time in recent weeks that Doute has heard comments about her looks. When she returned to filming Vanderpump Rules amid the fallout of Scandoval, she took to her Sex, Love, and What Else Matters podcast to blast those who were body shaming her.

“I’m sorry, am I standing with my posture perfect and flexing whatever abs I have left? No, I’m not,” Doute said of the photos haters were commenting on, per US Weekly. “I’m not concerned about those things because I’m concerned about walking into my friend’s house and checking on her.”

She added, “What gives you the right to comment like that? How were you raised? Go get fucked, get laid. Go get laid.”
