A Utah woman has gone viral in videos filmed over the past few months showing her hurling hateful insults at a biracial family — and even pushing the stomach of a pregnant mom.

The woman, whom the city of Midvale identified as Kathy Smith, 67, was seen having disturbing interactions with her neighbors in a video posted on X Monday.

Social media influencer TizzyEnt, who shared the video, said the hate campaign began in May after a neighbor asked the couple for help installing a security camera because she was having problems with Smith, who allegedly told her she had to use “n—s” to set up the system.

Various clips allegedly show Smith driving by the couple’s home and using the N-word repeatedly.

“N—-s, go home!” the woman shouts at one point.

“You f—g wetback piece of s—t!” she yells in another clip, using the derogatory term for a Mexican living in the US.

The couple’s 9-year-old son has also reportedly been harassed, according to the activist.

“Get in your house, n—r!” Smith allegedly told him. “I’m going to feed you to my Savannah cats.”

Kathy Smith, a 67=year-old Utah resident, has gone viral in videos showing her allegedly spewing hateful comments at a biracial family — and pushing a pregnant mom.

On Sunday, she reportedly said: “I hear you have a nappy-headed baby in there.”

In June, the anguished mother confronted the woman in her yard and told her to stay away from her family, video shows. The footage has amassed about 1.7 million views.

But Smith is seen getting in her face and mockingly saying, “I’m soooo afraid of you, mama bear!”

At another point, she says: “Just ‘cause you f—-g squirted a kid out of your c—t doesn’t mean you’re worthy of being a mother.

“I don’t even know if you have more than one kid, but you wanna know something? I don’t talk to your kids so get the f—k out of my face,” Smith says.

The mother tells her “the kids can be outside and there is no f—g reason why you talk to them. They’re down by our house, they’re not by your house!”

Smith then says: ‘It’s a free country. Get the f—k out of my face,” adding, “Get the f—-g baby out of here” as she pokes the pregnant mom’s stomach.

The social media user, a TV director and editor with almost 575,000 followers, explained that the Unified Police Department initially said they could not do anything about the hateful neighbor, whom he said is a former prosecutor, because she said she was exercising her freedom of speech.

Smith has been charged with misdemeanor assault.

Smith has four active arrest warrants against her, including a misdemeanor assault charge after she “forcibly poked” the woman “before pushing her with both hands in the stomach,” Axios reported, citing records.

The family also has decided to pursue legal action against Smith and hired civil rights attorney Tyler Ayres.

“She has no reservation about using the N-word,” Ayres told KUTV. “She has no reservation about using them at children. Not even just in front of children, but directly at them.”

The attorney added: “She’s expecting a baby any day now, and hopefully that child doesn’t have to grow up hearing these things, ’cause that honestly is the true horror of it.”

Ayres alleged Smith began tormenting the family, which identifies as black and interracial, shortly after they moved into the neighborhood in 2019, according to Axios.

In a statement to the news station, the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake said it “is investigating the incidents in Midvale involving a person identified by various media outlets as making harassing and racist statements to neighbors.

“This harassment is being investigated. In addition to law enforcement solutions, the UPD Midvale Precinct is working with other social service providers to bring a long-term solution for any individuals involved and the community,” police said.

“We have confirmed the person has never been a practicing attorney in the state of Utah nor has she even been employee of Midvale City,” the statement says.

“UPD strives to serve all community members with equality and compassion. We are committed to finding solutions that will foster safe and healthy neighborhoods. We are committed to eliminating racism in our community and will act within our legal authority to accomplish this goal,” police added.

A warrant for Smith’s arrest was issued in September, according to KUTV, which has reached out to police for comment.

The alleged racist also has warrants involved with speeding, failing to register an expired vehicle and property damage.

The city of Midvale also has released a statement about the incidents.

“We believe that the behavior in the video is disgusting. To be clear, Midvale City condemns this conduct,” it said, adding that “Kathryn Smith, the person in the video, has never worked for Midvale City. We would never tolerate this behavior by an employee.

“While privacy rules keep us from sharing the details, please be assured that the appropriate authorities are involved and taking the situation seriously,” the statement says.

“Our community takes great pride in our diversity; racism has no place in Midvale,” it adds.

Mayor Marcus Stevenson expressed support for the targeted family.

“It’s hard to describe how disgusted I feel learning that one of our Midvale families is living in a situation where they are dealing with regular racist tirade and feeling their safety is at risk,” he said on Facebook.

“To be clear, racism has no place in our community. Everyone should feel welcomed her(e), and our community’s actions should back that up,” he wrote.

“I’m in contact with our city management, police department, and working to speak directly to the victims so we can work on a solution that provides justice for this family,” Stevenson added.

Smith also has warrants involved with speeding, failing to register an expired vehicle and property damage, according to KUTV.
