Odds, they are a movin’.
DraftKings Sportsbook has updated its latest odds of who will be the Knicks’ next coach and Jason Kidd is now the betting favorite.
The Post confirmed Monday there is mutual interest between the Knicks and Kidd and that appears to have resulted in the Mavericks’ coach moving to -180 favorite status after not even being on the board at open.
Former Nuggets coach Michael Malone had previously been the favorite at +125 odds, but has fallen dramatically to +850.
Cavaliers’ assistant head coach Johnnie Bryant is the second-favorite to be the Knicks’ coach at +180 odds.

The Knicks hiring Kidd would need approval from the Mavericks, as Kidd would have to be let out of his contract with Dallas.
Trade compensation would likely facilitate such a move, assuming the Mavericks don’t want to lose their star coach for nothing.
Kidd led the Mavericks to the NBA Finals in 2024 before the team traded Luka Doncic midseason and the season went off the racks.
The Mavericks then won NBA Draft lottery despite going 39-43, giving them the the right to draft projected top pick Cooper Flagg.
Former Villanova coach Jay Wright is no longer a candidate for the position, while UConn coach Dan Hurley indicated he will be remaining in Storrs.
