A twist ending to a movie can be a ton of fun. Finding out who Keyser Söze is, or what’s in the box, or the true nature of Soylent Green. Exciting stuff. 

But what about when a twist happens to your fantasy football plans? Well, that’s when we all go a little mad sometimes. All of a sudden, you look at your roster and think: I see dead people.

Think about all the fantasy managers who hurried to grab Arizona’s Emari Demercado last week, after it was learned Trey Benson was headed to the IR with a knee problem. Benson had replaced James Conner, who was lost for the season a week earlier to a foot injury.
