In the middle of a tenuous television rights negotiation where the UFC is looking to get up to $1 billion dollars to broadcast their 40-plus events per year, ESPN+ pulled the rug on those looking to watch some old fights.
Nearly every UFC event from UFC 308 (Oct. 26, 2024) and prior has been completely scrubbed from both their mobile app and desktop website.
A source close to the situation believes this is a part of an ongoing technical issue rather than a maneuver against UFC or anything related to their television broadcast negotiations.
